  • The relationship is strongest in Los Angeles County, where most of the region's non-English speaking students reside.
  • In Los Angeles County, districts with less than 20 percent of students designated as non-English speakers have more than 84 percent fully credentialed teachers.
  • In LA County, districts with more than 50 percent of students designated as non-English speakers have less than 65 percent fully credentialed teachers.
