- In the Five County Region, most districts have ≤ 20% of students
who are English learners.
- Conversely, in 5CR, almost 1/2 districts have ≥ 20% of English
learners.
- Specifically, in 5CR, approximately 1/3 districts have 20-40% of
English learners.
- Thus, though there are very few districts with a majority of
students who are English learners, 1/3 districts have significant
proportions of students who are English learners.
Most students attend districts with
some English learners.
