- In the Five County Region, very few
districts have ≤ 20% minorities.
- In the 5CR, over 1/3 districts have ≥
80% of students who are minorities.
- In Los Angeles County, 1/2 districts
have ≥ 80% minorities.
- Outside of Los Angeles County, 1/3
districts have 60-80% minorities.
- Thus, there are more districts with
high minority enrollment than there are districts with few minorities.
Most students attend districts with
