- In the Five County Region, most schools have ≤ 20% of students who
are English learners.
- Conversely, in 5CR, almost 1/2 schools have ≥ 20% of English
learners.
- Specifically, in 5CR, approximately 1/4 districts have 20-40% of
English learners.
- Thus, though there are very few schools with a majority of
students who are English learners, 1/4 schools have significant
proportions of students who are English learners.
Most students attend schools with
few English Learners.

English learner students.
